Palm to Shelly (NSW)
Palm to Shelly is a ~24km ultra-distance ocean swim along Sydney’s Northern Beaches, from Palm Beach to Shelly Beach. It is widely regarded as one of Australia’s most scenic and challenging marathon swims.
As one of the three swims that make up the Australian Triple Crown of Marathon Swimming, the event attracts experienced swimmers preparing for major international endurance swims, with dynamic ocean conditions creating a demanding environment.

Events on Offer: 24km Ultra-Marathon and 10km for Solo, duo and relay entries. Escort boat and crew required.
Qualification Requirements:
24km Ultra-Marathon: You must have completed a previous official open-water swim of 19.5km or longer. While there is no specific "qualifying time" for entry, you must be capable of finishing within the 10-hour cut-off time.
10km Concurrent Swim: You must have completed a 10km open-water swim within the 12 months prior to the event and be capable of finishing within a 4-hour cut-off.
Prior ultra-distance or channel experience strongly recommended
