Derwent River Big Swim
Step into history and test yourself in one of Australia’s most iconic river swims. Covering 34 km from New Norfolk Bridge to Hobart’s Tasman Bridge, the Derwent offers tough but rewarding conditions similar to the English Channel. First held in 1972, it remains a cornerstone of Australian marathon swimming and part of the Triple Crown.
